Sunday. Didn't go to church. It is hard to sit for a longer period of time. I find myself with my shoulders drawn up and I am trying to stretch them. Rachel and Mike are coming over and they will have to decorate the tree. I am not sure where all the decorations are but they can find them. I wish they didn't have to do this.

I had planned a big dinner for this evening with all the kids but I can't make it. It hurts to go without the pain meds. I made an appointment with Dr. Tracy.
